| This ticket is issued to you in respect of the Valentine day celebration to be held on 14th Feb 2016 ("Event") being organised by the "Organiser" at the "Location". The booking of this ticket ("Ticket") from us by you (the "User"), implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions: |
| By accessing and using the website www.burrp.com, mobile website www.m.burrp.com and Burrp mobile app ("Website") the User accepts and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. |
| PLEASE CARRY VALID GOVERNMENT ID PROOF ALONG WITH THE TICKET. |
| Users should check for current terms and conditions as these can be updated and changed from time to time without prior notice to the Users. |
| The Ticket for the Event available on the Website are booked by M/s. Network18 Media & Investments Limited ("Network18") through its brand burrp ("Burrp"). |
| The User must provide Burrp with the correct personal information. The User shall be responsible for the correctness of the information provided and shall not be indemnified if the information is wrongly entered whether intentional or unintentional. |
| The User must ensure the correctness of all details of the booking before finally booking their tickets as Burrp or Network18 or its affiliates and authorised representatives will accept no responsibility and will not issue a refund for wrong bookings due to any reason whatsoever. If the User experiences problems with the booking process, they are to call the helpline number of Burrp specified on the booking page. The portal shall not cancel any bookings once the transaction is completed. |
| Ticket holder acknowledges all risks incidental to the event for which this ticket is issued, occurring before, during or after the event. Network18 Media & Investments Limited and its associates, officers and group companies are not responsible for organising of the Event. |
| The Organiser may have additional or unique passes at the Location of the Event and the User is strictly advised to collect the same from the Organiser. Neither Burrp nor Network18 nor its authorised representatives or affiliates are responsible for non-availability of such additional or unique passes. The User is advised to contact the Organiser directly in this regard. |
| The User is also advised to use caution while sharing ticket details due to the risk of fraud in sharing personal details. The user has to carry the print out of this Ticket. The user shall also carry proof of age and original valid government recognised identity document (e.g. PAN card, drivers license, Aadhar card, Voter-id, etc.). |
| In consideration of your use of online information resources, online fora, ticketing services, products, web directory(ies), index(es), general materials and data, including, but not limited to, search services, suggestions and other content (including third party information, products, materials and content) (collectively, all the services provided to you the User, from time to time whether online or offline referred to as the "Services"), you represent that you are a holder of credit card/debit card or such facilities provided by banks and undertake and agree to: (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Website's registration form (such information being the "Registration Data") and (ii) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or pvrcinemas.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, www.burrp.com has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof). | This ticket is for purchase or transfer by electronic means only. Booking of this ticket from, or booking of this ticket by, a third party is not authorized. Tickets not booked electronically may carry risk of being fraudulent and Users are advised to book tickets from legitimate sources only. |
| Users are requested to be aware of fake/photocopied tickets and hence mandatorily carry an original valid government identity document. The valid original identity document name needs to match the name mentioned on the ticket. This document shall be produced at the time of entry and at all times the merchant makes a demand to produce the identity document. |
| Lost and/or stolen tickets will not be honoured and no duplicates will be issued. Neither Burrp, nor Network 18 nor its authorised representatives or affiliates are responsible for any inconvenience caused due to any reason whatsoever by unauthorized duplication. In the event that duplicate copies are presented, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to the User and may not refund the original ticket buyer the face value of the ticket. Burrp or Network18 or its authorised representatives or affiliates are not responsible for any inconvenience or loss suffered by such refusal of entry and shall not be responsible for refund of such ticket price. |
| User acknowledges all risks incidental to the event for which this ticket is issued, occurring before, during or after the event. Burrp, Network18 and its associates, officers and group companies are not responsible for organising of the Event. Such refunds shall be processed to the instrument/account used for such transactions. You will be required to maintain and submit a copy of the ticket in this regard. |
| The User agrees to comply with all applicable laws, by-laws, regulations and additional rules set out by the Organiser, from time to time. Failure to carry the tickets or non-compliance with venue rules may result in eviction from the event. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission and/or eject any individual. Ejection on any ground whatsoever cancels this ticket and with that, the Organiser forfeits any claim to a refund of the ticket price or any associated service or delivery fees. |
| The price displayed on the ticket represents the face value of the ticket and does not include all service and delivery fees where applicable. |
| By booking the ticket, the User acknowledges that he/she has read and accepted the terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. |
| None of the provisions of this Agreement, terms and conditions, notices or the right to use the Website by the User contained herein or any other section or pages of the Website and/or the Linked Sites, shall be deemed to constitute a partnership between the User and Burrp and no party shall have any authority to bind or shall be deemed to be the agent of the other in any way. It may be noted, however, that if by using the Website, the User authorizes Burrp and/or Network18 and/or its authorised representatives to access third party sites designated by them or on their behalf for retrieving requested information, the User shall be deemed to have appointed Burrp and/or Network18 and/or its authorised representatives as their agent for this purpose. |
| These terms and conditions and any dispute arising thereunder shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai. |

| This ticket is issued to you by the "Organiser" in respect of the Valentine day celebration to be held on 14th Feb 2016 ("Event") at the "Location". The purchase of this ticket ("Ticket") by you (the "Ticket Holder"), implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions: |
| The booking of the Ticket entitles the Ticket Holder to enter the Location only after the mentioned amount has been paid to "Event Organiser" at venue. Each ticket admits only one person/couple entry to the Event at the Location. However, the booking of the Ticket does not guarantee the right of admission to the Ticket Holder to the Event. The Organizer reserves the rights of admission, even to valid Ticket Holders & the right to randomly check Ticket Holders for tickets at any point. The Organizer reserves the right to perform security check on invitees/member of audience at the entry point for security reasons or within the Location at any point in time. Accordingly, the Ticket Holder is advised to keep the Ticket on their person safely at all times during the Event. The Organiser shall not in any way be responsible for misplaced or lost tickets and shall not be responsible to provide alternate or duplicate tickets to such Ticket Holders. |
| Ticket Holders are also advised to use caution while sharing ticket details due to the risk of fraud in sharing personal details. |
| The Ticket permits entry/access to the Location and to avail the facilities mentioned on the Ticket only after the mentioned amount has been paid to "Event Organiser" at venue and does not include any other benefits, after-party, meet and greet, etc., of any nature whatsoever. |
| The price displayed on the ticket represents the face value of the Ticket and does not include all service and delivery fees where applicable. |
| All billed facilities are subject to change at the Organizer's sole discretion. |
| The Ticket is for booking means only. Booking of this ticket from a third party is not authorized. Tickets booked from any source other than the authorised sources may carry risk of being fraudulent and Ticket Holders are advised to book tickets from legitimate sources only. |
| Ticket Holders are requested to be aware of fake/photocopied tickets and hence mandatorily carry an original valid government recognised identity document (e.g. PAN card, drivers license, Aadhar card, Voter-id, etc.). The name appearing on the said valid original identity document needs to match the name mentioned on the ticket and the picture on the said original valid government identity document needs to match the face of the Ticket Holder. This document shall be produced at the time of entry and at all times the Organiser or its authorised representatives make a demand to produce the said original government recognised identity document. |
| The Organiser is not responsible for any inconvenience caused due to any reason whatsoever by unauthorized duplication. In the event that duplicate copies are presented, the Organiser and/or its authorised representatives reserve the right to refuse entry to all Ticket Holders and upon such refusal, the Organiser will not be obliged to refund the Ticket Holder the face value of the ticket. |
| Eviction on any ground whatsoever cancels this ticket and with that, the Ticket Holder forfeits any claim to a refund of the ticket price or any associated service or deliveryfees.

| Parking near or at the Event premises may be available depending upon availability and is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner. The Organizer and/or its authorised representatives will not be held responsible for any damage or theft of any vehicles within the stipulated parking premises of the Location. |
| Ticket Holder acknowledges all risks incidental to the Event for which this ticket is issued, occurring before, during or after the event. Ticket Holders acknowledge that the Organizer shall not be liable for any mishap, injury, accident, untoward incident, physical harm of any nature, death, loss of life or limb, etc., caused to him/her, at the Location, either before, during or after the Event; or while travelling to the Event; and the same will not be attributed to the Organizer and/or its authorised representatives, neither the Organizer nor its authorised representatives shall be held responsible towards the same or be liable to indemnify or make good any claim being raised against it, for whatsoever nature. |
| Neither the Organizer nor its authorised representatives shall be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or theft of any personal belongings or any injury/damage that the Ticket Holder may incur or sustain at the Location. |
| The Organiser and/or its authorised representatives reserve the right to add further terms and conditions at the Location and purchase of this Ticket shall imply acceptance of such additional terms and conditions. The Ticket Holder agrees to comply with all terms and conditions, applicable laws, by-laws, regulations and Location rules. |
| Alcohol will be served to guests only over the age of 21 years. In this regard, the Ticket Holder agrees to provide the Organiser and/or its authorised representatives such additional documentation validating the age of the Ticket Holder. Consumption and sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Smoking in the venue is strictly prohibited, any ticket holder caught smoking will be asked to leave the venue. Consumables from outside of the Event are not allowed & will be confiscated. Food and beverages will be available inside the Event venue. Organizer is not responsible for the quality of any food items or drinks served at the venue. Any inappropriate behaviour by any of the Ticket Holder shall lead to eviction of the Ticket Holder from the venue with immediate effect or refusal of entry to the Ticket Holder and with no refund of the ticket. The Organiser and/or its authorised representatives shall not be responsible for any injury or loss suffered during such eviction or refusal. |
| The Organiser will take best possible efforts to ensure that the Event is held in accordance with the advertisement and at the time as displayed on the Ticket. However such advertisement is not to be deemed as an assurance of holding the Event as per the advertisement. The Ticket Holder agrees not to bring any action, directly or indirectly, against the Organiser or its authorised representatives in the event that in the opinion of the Ticket Holder, the Event is not in accordance with the advertisement regarding the Event. |
| The Organiser may use the ticket holder's image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture. |
| The Organiser reserves the right to delay or cancel the Event due to any reason whatsoever at any time prior or during the Event. In the event of cancellation of the Event, the Organiser reserves the right to give the Ticket Holder a refund of the Ticket only. The mode of refund shall be at the sole discretion of the Organiser and/or its authorised representatives. |
| The Organiser or its authorised representatives reserve their rights to suspend and/or cancel the Event due to some exigencies and neither the Organiser nor its authorised representatives shall be liable for any losses/ damages arising/connected with such suspension or cancellation. |
| These terms and conditions shall be applicable and binding on all the Organiser’s agents, partners and agents, partners of its affiliate/ group companies. |
| The Organiser reserves the right to modify or alter these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice and the Ticket Holder, by virtue of having purchased this Ticket, shall be deemed to have accepted such modified or altered terms and conditions automatically notwithstanding the fact that the said modification or alteration may be made after the purchase of the Ticket. The Ticket Holder is therefore advised to read these Terms and Conditions regularly at the website of the Organiser |
| By purchasing the Ticket, the Ticket-Holder represents, warrants and accepts that:

| The Ticket Holder user represents that he/she is of sufficient legal age to use this service, and that he/she possess the legal right and ability to create binding obligations for any liability he/she may incur as a result of the use of this service. |
| The Ticket Holder understands that he/she is responsible for all uses of this service by him/her and those using his/her login information. |
| The Ticket Holder will supervise all usage of the booking facility under his/her name or account. |
| The Ticket Holder warrants that all information supplied by him/her in using the booking facility are true and accurate. |
| The Organiser shall be entitled to delegate its responsibilities and obligations to third parties and the Ticket Holder shall not have any objection to the same. |
| The Ticket Holder agrees to be fully responsible for (and fully indemnify the Organiser and its authorised representatives against) all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, suffered by the Organiser and its authorised representatives and arising out of any breach of the terms and conditions by the Ticket Holder or any other liabilities incurred by the Organiser and its authorised representatives arising from and out of the Ticket Holder’s purchase of the Ticket and/or participation in the Event, or use by any other person carrying out such action through the Ticket Holder using the Ticket Holder’s account. |
