| This ticket is issued to you in respect of the New Year’s Eve celebration to be held on 31st December 2016 (“Event(s)”) being organised by the issuer of the ticket (“Organiser”) at the venue of the Event (“Location”). The purchase of this ticket (“Ticket(s)”) from us by you (the “User(s)”), implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions: |
| By accessing and using the website www.burrp.com, mobile website www.m.burrp.com and Burrp mobile app (“Website/Burrp”) the User accepts and agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions. |
| The Ticket for the Event available on the Website are sold by M/s. Network18 Media & Investments Limited (“Network18”). The User shall be responsible for the correctness of the information provided and shall not be indemnified if the information is wrongly entered whether intentional or unintentional. It is clarified that Network18 or its affiliates and authorised representatives will accept no responsibility and will not issue a refund for any wrong bookings due to any reason whatsoever. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded except in the instance where the Event is cancelled. Service and delivery fees and other fees where applicable are non-refundable under all circumstances. |
| All Users are strictly advised to check specific terms and conditions of the Event (as displayed by the Organiser on the listing of the Event) before purchasing the Ticket. |
| The Organiser may have additional or unique passes at the Location of the Event and the User is strictly advised to collect the same from the Organiser. Neither Network18 nor its authorised representatives or affiliates are responsible for non-availability of such additional or unique passes. The User is advised to contact the Organiser directly in this regard. |
| All User(s) are strictly advised not to share any details of the Ticket with anyone, failing which Network18 and Organiser shall not be responsible for any unauthorised use of the Ticket by any third party. |
| All User(s) are strictly advised to carry the credit/debit card that was used to book the Tickets of the Event along with a copy of, the print out of the Ticket, proof of age, and original valid Government recognised identity document (Either PAN card, driver’s license, Aadhar card, Passport and Voter-id). User shall ensure that the name mentioned in the Ticket is same as available in the identity documents produced by the Users upon Organiser’s request. Organiser may at its sole discretion refuse to honour any Ticket for which User is unable to produce corroborating identity proof. |
| Each ticket admits one person only unless specifically mentioned on the ticket. |
| Infants or children without Tickets will not be admitted unless otherwise stated in event advertisements or announcement. It is the sole responsibility of the User(s) to ensure that they are eligible to participate in the Event.

| Unlawful or unauthorised resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a Ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

| Network18 reserves the right to change/modify, alter in part or in full or change any or all of these terms and conditions at any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice/intimation and without assigning any reason and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. |
| User acknowledges all risks incidental to the Event for which this Ticket is issued, occurring before, during or after the Event. User acknowledges and agrees that Network18 shall not be liable for any mishap, injury, accident, untoward incident, physical harm of any nature, death, loss of life or limb, etc., caused to him/her, at the Location, either before, during or after the Event; or while travelling to the Event.

| If the Event is cancelled due to unforeseen reasons, the Organiser will attempt to contact you and refund the ticket as per the Organiser’s policy within 30 days of such cancellations. The User agrees to comply with all applicable laws, by-laws, regulations and additional rules set out by the Organiser, from time to time. Failure to carry the tickets or non-compliance with venue rules may result in eviction from the event. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission and/or eject any individual. Ejection on any ground whatsoever cancels this Ticket and with that, the User forfeits any claim to a refund of the ticket price or any associated service or delivery fees.

| User(s) acknowledges and agrees that he/she shall be bound by the terms of use and privacy policy of the Website. |

| The user is also bound by the specific Terms & Conditions for the event for which ticket purchased, available on the detail page for the event on the Burrp New Year Parties microsite. |
| These terms and conditions and any dispute arising thereunder shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai. |

Organizer Terms & Conditions

| This ticket is issued to you by the “Organiser” in respect of the New Year’s Eve celebration to be held on 31st December 2016 (“Event”) at the “Location”. The purchase of this ticket (“Ticket”) by you (the “Ticket Holder”), implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions: |
| The purchase of the Ticket entitles the Ticket Holder to enter the Location. Each ticket admits only one person entry to the Event at the Location unless specifically mentioned in the Ticket. However, the purchase of the Ticket does not guarantee the right of admission to the Ticket Holder to the Event. The Organizer reserves the rights of admission, even to valid Ticket Holders and the right to randomly check Ticket Holders for tickets at any point. The Organizer reserves the right to perform security check on invitees/member of audience at the entry point for security reasons or within the Location at any point in time. The Organiser shall not in any way be responsible for misplaced or lost tickets and shall not be responsible to provide alternate or duplicate tickets to such Ticket Holders. User(s) are advised to present the print out of the Ticket to the Organiser of the Event to redeem his/her purchase. |
| The Credit Card and Credit Card Holder must be present at the ticket counter while collecting the ticket(s) or gaining entry to the Location. |
| All sales are final. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded. Service and delivery fees and other fees where applicable are non-refundable under all circumstances. |
| The Ticket permits entry/access to the Location and to avail the facilities mentioned on the Ticket only and does not include any other benefits. The price displayed on the ticket represents the face value of the Ticket and does not include all service and delivery fees where applicable. |
| All billed facilities are subject to change at the Organizer's sole discretion. |
| Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation. The Organiser reserves the right to proceed against those indulging in un-authorised sale or purchase of Tickets. |
| Ticket Holders are requested to be aware of fake/photocopied tickets and hence mandatorily carry an original valid Government recognised identity document (Either PAN card, driver’s license, Aadhar card, Passport and Voter-id). The name appearing on the said valid original identity document needs to match the name mentioned on the ticket and the picture on the said original valid government identity document needs to match the face of the Ticket Holder. This document shall be produced at the time of entry and at all times the Organiser or its authorised representatives make a demand to produce the said original government recognised identity document. |
| The Organiser is not responsible for any inconvenience caused due to any reason whatsoever by unauthorized duplication. In the event that duplicate copies are presented, the Organiser and/or its authorised representatives reserve the right to refuse entry to all Ticket Holders and upon such refusal, the Organiser will not be obliged to refund the Ticket Holder the face value of the ticket. |
| Eviction on any ground whatsoever cancels this ticket and with that, the Ticket Holder forfeits any claim to a refund of the ticket price or any associated service or delivery fees. |
| Parking near or at the Event premises may be available depending upon availability and is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner. The Organizer and/or its authorised representatives will not be held responsible for any damage or theft of any vehicles within the stipulated parking premises of the Location.

| Ticket Holder acknowledges all risks incidental to the Event for which this ticket is issued, occurring before, during or after the event. Ticket Holders acknowledge that the Organizer shall not be liable for any mishap, injury, accident, untoward incident, physical harm of any nature, death, loss of life or limb, etc., caused to him/her, at the Location, either before, during or after the Event; or while travelling to the Event; and the same will not be attributed to the Organizer and/or its authorised representatives, neither the Organizer nor its authorised representatives shall be held responsible towards the same or be liable to indemnify or make good any claim being raised against it, for whatsoever nature. |
| Neither the Organizer nor its authorised representatives shall be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or theft of any personal belongings or any injury/damage that the Ticket Holder may incur or sustain at the Location. |
| The Organiser and/or its authorised representatives reserve the right to add further terms and conditions at the Location and purchase of this Ticket shall imply acceptance of such additional terms and conditions. The Ticket Holder agrees to comply with all terms and conditions, applicable laws, by-laws, regulations and Location rules. |
| Alcohol will not be served to guests who are under the prescribed drinking age as per applicable state laws.. In this regard, the Ticket Holder agrees to provide the Organiser and/or its authorised representatives such additional documentation validating the age of the Ticket Holder. Consumption and sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Smoking in the venue is strictly prohibited, any ticket holder caught smoking will be asked to leave the venue. Consumables from outside of the Event are not allowed & will be confiscated. Food and beverages will be available inside the Event venue. Organizer is not responsible for the quality of any food items or drinks served at the venue. Any inappropriate behaviour by any of the Ticket Holder shall lead to eviction of the Ticket Holder at sole discretion of the Organiser, from the Location with immediate effect or refusal of entry to the Ticket Holder and with no refund of the ticket. The Organiser and/or its authorised representatives shall not be responsible for any injury or loss suffered during such eviction or refusal. |
| The Organiser will take best possible efforts to ensure that the Event is held in accordance with the advertisement and at the time as displayed on the Ticket. However such advertisement is not to be deemed as an assurance of holding the Event as per the advertisement. The Ticket Holder agrees not to bring any action, directly or indirectly, against the Organiser or its authorised representatives in the event that in the opinion of the Ticket Holder, the Event is not in accordance with the advertisement regarding the Event. |
| The Organiser may use the Ticket Holder's image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture. |
| The Organiser reserves the right to delay or cancel the Event due to any reason whatsoever at any time prior or during the Event. In the event of cancellation of the Event, the Organiser reserves the right to give the Ticket Holder a refund of the Ticket only. The mode of refund shall be at the sole discretion of the Organiser and/or its authorised representatives. |
| The Organiser or its authorised representatives reserve their rights to suspend and/or cancel the Event due to some exigencies and neither the Organiser nor its authorised representatives shall be liable for any losses/ damages arising/connected with such suspension or cancellation. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen reasons, the refund shall be processed within 30 days of such cancellations. Such refunds shall be processed to the instrument/account used for such transactions and the mode of such refund shall be at the sole discretion of the Organiser. |
| The Organiser reserves the right to modify or alter these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice and the Ticket Holder, by virtue of having purchased this Ticket, shall be deemed to have accepted such modified or altered terms and conditions automatically notwithstanding the fact that the said modification or alteration may be made after the purchase of the Ticket. The Ticket Holder is therefore advised to read these Terms and Conditions regularly at the website of the Organiser . |
| By purchasing the Ticket, the Ticket-Holder represents, warrants and accepts that:

| The Ticket Holder user represents that he/she is of sufficient legal age to use this service, and that he/she possess the legal right and ability to create binding obligations for any liability he/she may incur as a result of the use of this service. |
| The Ticket Holder understands that he/she is responsible for all uses of this service by him/her and those using his/her login information. |
| The Ticket Holder will supervise all usage of the booking facility under his/her name or account. |
| The Ticket Holder warrants that all information supplied by him/her in using the booking facility are true and accurate. |
| The Organiser shall be entitled to delegate its responsibilities and obligations to third parties and the Ticket Holder shall not have any objection to the same. |
| The Ticket Holder agrees to be fully responsible for (and fully indemnify the Organiser and its authorised representatives against) all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, suffered by the Organiser and its authorised representatives and arising out of any breach of the terms and conditions by the Ticket Holder or any other liabilities incurred by the Organiser and its authorised representatives arising from and out of the Ticket Holder’s purchase of the Ticket and/or participation in the Event, or use by any other person carrying out such action through the Ticket Holder using the Ticket Holder’s account. |
